PING is local 09:00–18:00 on a weekday that is not a public holiday. NOT NOW is before 07:00 or after 21:00. Everything else is MAYBE — weekends, holidays, early evening. Every city page is also a live world clock: current time, UTC offset, and whether that place observes daylight saving.
