Share a time, not a time zone
Pick a time in your city and send the link in Slack, email or an invite. Everyone who opens it sees that moment in their own time zone, whether it lands in their workday, and buttons to add it to their calendar.
Questions
Does the link handle daylight saving?
Yes. The time is fixed in the city you picked, and every viewer's browser converts it with the current time zone rules, including the weeks when one country has changed clocks and the other hasn't.
Do people need an account?
No. The link is the whole thing: no sign-up, nothing stored. Anyone can open it, and you can make a new one any time.
