How does the meeting planner pick good hours?
Each city’s workday is 09:00–18:00 local. Hours where every city is inside that window are marked PING. If there are none, the planner shows hours where nobody is between 21:00 and 07:00.
Does it handle daylight saving?
Yes. Offsets come from the IANA time zone database for today’s date, so the grid shifts automatically when any city changes its clocks.
